About this van
The XLWB is the longest panel van we run. A 4.2m by 1.2m load floor, 1.75m of height inside and a payload of up to 1,000kg, which takes four standard pallets.
Luton length, van body
The load floor is the same 4.2m as our Luton vans. The difference is the body around it. The XLWB is a panel van, so it is narrower, lower and easier to get into a car park, under a barrier or down a residential street. If your load is long rather than bulky, this is usually the better choice of the two.
What the length is for
Pipes, timber lengths, conduit, coving, steel sections, flat-packed furniture, ladders and racking. Anything over 3.3m that an LWB cannot take without the doors open. Four standard pallets also sit in a line on the floor, with the full 1,000kg spread across them.
How we run it
Dedicated transport from collection to drop. Your load travels alone, there is no depot in the middle and nothing gets transferred into another vehicle. Live tracking throughout, same-day bookings until 4pm, FORS approved. If you need six pallets or a taller load, the Luton box and curtain side take it from here.
Why choose it

Long enough for pipes, timber, flat-packs and other long items.
Four pallets

A full tonne
Up to 1,000kg of payload, the same as our Lutons.
What it suits
- Long items up to 4.2m
