Fashion and retail courier services in Harlow

Tasito collects fashion and retail work across Harlow, mainly from the light industrial and warehouse units at The Pinnacles and Templefields, and runs it to stores in London, up the M11 to Stansted, or back across Essex. Stock, fixtures, display pieces and sample sets all start here.

Harlow is about 28 miles from us, and M25 junction 27 is the part of the journey that decides the timing, so we route around it on the day when it goes. Bookings run until 4pm, Monday to Friday, and a store window at the far end is the time we plan backwards from.

Planning, routing and sorting

The work that happens before the van moves. Routes built around your delivery windows, loads sorted and sequenced so each consignment comes off where it should, and one team accountable for the job from the first call to the last signature.

Same-day courier service

A dedicated vehicle for your consignment, collected within the hour across London, Essex, Kent and the Home Counties, and driven straight to the delivery address with nothing else on board. No depot, no overnight sort, no waiting for a van to fill up. The driver who collects your goods is the driver who delivers them.

Next-day courier service

For consignments that have to arrive tomorrow without paying same-day rates. Your goods are collected today and delivered the next working day, on a dedicated vehicle rather than through a parcel network, so nothing is handled twice and nothing sits in a depot overnight.

Two-man delivery

An extra pair of hands for the jobs one driver cannot do safely. Two crew on the vehicle, so heavy and bulky goods can be carried, manoeuvred through doorways and lifts, and put exactly where they need to go rather than left inside the front door.

Multi-drop courier service

A whole list of stops in one planned sequence, with booked goods-in windows as fixed points and every drop tracked to its address.

Where we collect in Harlow

The Pinnacles and Templefields are the two main industrial areas and carry most of the light industrial and manufacturing units in the town. Collections there are ordinary estate work with yard access, so a Luton gets in and six pallets is a realistic load.

The science and technology sites are different. Harlow Science Park and New Frontiers run controlled access and booked goods-in windows, and some need a site pass. If a consignment is leaving one of those, give us the site and the contact when you book so the driver arrives with what the gate wants.

Getting from Harlow to the store

We come out on the A127, clockwise on the M25 to junction 27 and up the M11 to junction 7. When junction 27 backs up we use the A130 and the A12 to reach the M11 instead, which is further in miles and often quicker in practice.

The store end is where the time is fixed. A shopping centre takes deliveries through its yard inside a booked slot, usually early, so tell us the slot, the yard name and the unit and we set the collection time from there. On a high street with restricted loading, we bring a smaller van and need the door open when it arrives.

What we carry out of Harlow, and in what

Replenishment stock heading out to branches, shop fixtures and display units, point-of-sale, and sample sets and press kit with a date attached. Most of it is bulky for its weight, so the vehicle is chosen on volume.

For a full replenishment the Luton gives 4.2m by 2.0m by 2.1m and 1,000kg, and it is comfortable on the Pinnacles and Templefields yards. The box version has a tail lift for a store with no dock. A short wheelbase at 450kg or a medium at 800kg is quicker through a tight store gate. If any of it hangs, give us the rails or the metres, because hanging stock takes height and floor and will not pack like pallets.

The fleet page carries the detail on every vehicle, and UK pallet sizes explained covers the two pallet footprints. Our fleet is FORS accredited and the accreditation was renewed for 2026.

Fixtures, displays and the carry inside

When fixtures or display units have to go from the van to the shop floor and be placed, book a crew of two as two-man delivery from Harlow. They carry the goods in and position them. Assembly and installation are not included, so if a fitter is meeting the delivery, send us their start time.

Removing old fixtures at the same visit is a separate job with disposal attached. On a refit we would rather book it as its own movement than lose the new delivery's slot to it.

Where Harlow retail work goes

London down the M11 is the most common run. Stansted is about fifteen minutes further up the M11, at junction 8, and for samples or stock going out as air freight we need the flight or freight cut-off, not a delivery time, because that is what we work back from.

Back towards us the run goes through Epping and Loughton, and Brentwood is across via junction 28. Where several stores are on one route, a multi-drop run from Harlow costs less than separate bookings, and a recurring weekly round can go on a fixed rate.

Harlow questions

Yes. They are the main industrial areas in Harlow and most units load from a yard, so a Luton gets in and a six pallet load is realistic. Give us the unit, the contact and where the stock is going.

Yes. Give us the slot, the yard entrance and the unit, and we set the collection time from the slot. Centre yards usually take deliveries early, so the earlier the slot, the earlier we collect in Harlow.

M25 junction 27 is the bottleneck between us and Harlow, and once it has gone there is no quick way through. The A130 and the A12 to the M11 is further in miles and often faster. We decide on the day.

Yes, it is a short run up the M11 to junction 8. Give us the cut-off at the freight desk instead of a delivery time, and we plan the collection back from it.

Yes, as two-man delivery. Two people carry the fixtures in and set them where you want them. Assembly and installation are not part of it, so tell us if a fitter is meeting the delivery.

The number of rails or the metres of hanging, and tell us at booking that it hangs. Hanging stock needs height and clear floor, so it changes which vehicle we send and what else can travel with it.

Yes. A regular round from Harlow to the same branches can be planned as a multi-drop route on a fixed rate, which costs less than booking each drop as a separate job and keeps the timings consistent.

4pm, Monday to Friday. If the far end is a store slot tomorrow morning, a next-day booking is the better fit, because the vehicle is allocated the evening before against your load.
