Fashion and retail courier services in Stratford
Tasito carries fashion and retail work across Stratford: replenishment and display stock for the shopping centre, delivered through its service yard, and samples, press kit and display pieces for the studios and small units at Fish Island, Hackney Wick and Here East on the Olympic Park side.
Stratford sits outside the Congestion Charge and has no river crossing on the way in from Essex, so in charges it is one of the cheapest London addresses we serve. Bookings run until 4pm, Monday to Friday, and the centre's yard timetable sets the delivery time.
Services in Stratford
See all servicesPlanning, routing and sorting
The work that happens before the van moves. Routes built around your delivery windows, loads sorted and sequenced so each consignment comes off where it should, and one team accountable for the job from the first call to the last signature.
More on planning, routing and sorting
Same-day courier service
A dedicated vehicle for your consignment, collected within the hour across London, Essex, Kent and the Home Counties, and driven straight to the delivery address with nothing else on board. No depot, no overnight sort, no waiting for a van to fill up. The driver who collects your goods is the driver who delivers them.

Next-day courier service
For consignments that have to arrive tomorrow without paying same-day rates. Your goods are collected today and delivered the next working day, on a dedicated vehicle rather than through a parcel network, so nothing is handled twice and nothing sits in a depot overnight.

Two-man delivery
An extra pair of hands for the jobs one driver cannot do safely. Two crew on the vehicle, so heavy and bulky goods can be carried, manoeuvred through doorways and lifts, and put exactly where they need to go rather than left inside the front door.

The shopping centre yard
Retail replenishment into the shopping centre goes through the service yard inside a booked delivery window, so it runs on the centre's timetable. Give us the window, the yard and the unit when you book and we build the run around them.
Inside the window the stock still has to get from the yard to the shop floor. Tell us the floor, any goods lift and how deep it is inside, and the tightest doorway on the route, so the driver is not working that out inside your slot.

The studios and small units
Away from the centre, Stratford's commercial space is small-unit. Fish Island and Hackney Wick carry studios, workshops and light manufacturing in converted and purpose-built units, and Here East on the Olympic Park side holds tech, studio and media businesses.
Samples and garments going to a shoot at one of these addresses arrive at a unit with no forklift and often no yard. We send a short wheelbase at 450kg or a medium at 800kg unless the load needs more, because a Luton is the wrong vehicle for a workshop unit even when the pallet count says otherwise. Give us the call time at the studio and we deliver ahead of it.

What we send, and what fits
For the shopping centre, a long wheelbase takes three standard or four Euro pallets at 3.3m, an extra-long four standard or five Euro at 4.2m, and a Luton six at 1,000kg in 4.2m by 2.0m by 2.1m. The box Luton has a tail lift for a yard with no dock. Display pieces and fixture lengths that will not pass through a door go on the flat bed at 2.7m and 800kg.
Hanging garments take height and floor more than weight, so give us the rails or the metres of hanging and we size the vehicle from it. The fleet page has every class and UK pallet sizes explained covers the footprints. Our fleet is FORS accredited and renewed for 2026, which is also what the construction gates around the park and the International Quarter ask for.

Event days and the A12
The Olympic Park and the stadium close roads when something is on, and on those days a delivery that is normally twenty minutes off the A12 can become impossible to complete. If we know an event is on, we tell you at booking and suggest a morning run or the next day.
On ordinary days the A12 southbound at the Blackwall approach and the Bow interchange are the pinch points, in both peaks. Stratford is inside ULEZ, and we send compliant vehicles into London. If the right vehicle for a job is not compliant, you hear about the £12.50 before we set off.

Where Stratford retail work goes
Canary Wharf and the City are short runs south, and Enfield is the one north London pairing that makes sense from here. Back to Essex is the A12.
Where display units or fixtures have to be carried in and placed, that is two-man delivery in Stratford, booked with the vehicle. The crew carries and positions the goods. We do not fit, install or merchandise, so send us the fitter's time if they are meeting the delivery.

Roads around the Olympic Park and the stadium close, and a delivery that is normally quick can become undeliverable. If we know something is on we tell you at booking and suggest a morning run or the next day.
Yes, Stratford is inside ULEZ, at £12.50 a day for a non-compliant vehicle. We send compliant vehicles into London and tell you before we set off if the right one for the job is not.
In charges, no. The Congestion Charge does not apply and there is no river crossing on the way in, so there is no tunnel toll. That makes it one of the cheapest London addresses we serve.
